Delicious steamed potatoes in huancaina sauce.
Stuffed cassavas with fresh cheese served with huancaina sauce and salsa criolla.
Crunchy green plantains stuffed with aji de gallina.
Second course, choose one from:
AJI DE GALLINA
Shredded chicken breasts in a yellow pepper sauce with parmesan served with steamed potatoes and jazmine rice.
ARROZ CON MARISCOS
Rice with green peas & carrots cooked in a coral broth with seafood flambe.
ARROZ CON POLLO
Piece of chicken marinated in our secret fine herbs, placed over a delicious cilantro rice, with sweet corn, green peas and bell peppers.
Angus steak beef burger topped with cheese, bacon, cilantro alioli and lettuce. Served with french fries or sweet potatoes fries.
SECO DE RES
Beef cuts marinated with peruvian spices, cilantro, chicha de jora, white beans, rice and criolla sauce.
Dessert, choose one from:
Evaporated milk, condensed milk and nutella.
