SUSHI ROLL ACEVICHADO
Fried fish, avocado, sweet potato, cream cheese, ceviche sauce and chalaquita
CAUSA LIMENA (with CHICKEN)
Peruvian mashed potato with yellow pepper, lime juice and avocado
Veal heart strips marinated in panca pepper sauce, potatoes and corn.
Fish ceviche or pork belly three Peruvian style tacos
Second course, choose one from:
CORVINA A LA CHORRILLANA
Grilled corvina with chorrillana sauce, onion, peppers, tomatoes, steamed
potatoes and white rice.
FETTUCCINE CON LOMO SALTADO
Lomo saltado fettuccine served with pesto sauce.
Shirmp, octopus, calamari, yellow pepper, pasta spinach, green peas, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
Wok-fried rice, saute with shrimp, chicken,beef, chives, peppers and egg.
PICANTE DE CAMARONES
Not spicy, shrimp flambe with pisco, yellow pepper sauce, potatoes and jazmine rice.
Dessert, choose one from:
Evaporated milk, condensed milk and nutella.
Traditional Peruvian dessert made with milk custard and a touch of port wine.
